White Cart Planner Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the White Cart Planner mobile application and related services operated by RADZISZEWSKA (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. We do not retain that technical protocol data and do not use it for tracking.
If the app stores shopping lists, list names, item names, notes, quantities, expected costs, final actual costs, planned purchase dates, reminder settings, priority levels, categories such as Groceries, Household, and Electronics, budget summaries, planned item counts, due-soon items, estimated monthly budget values, actual spent values, completed purchase history, currency preferences, app settings, and local planner records, those records remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. White Cart Planner does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
White Cart Planner does not collect or retain personal information on our servers. We do not maintain a server-side database of your shopping lists, purchase plans, planned dates, budget values, actual spending entries, categories, priorities, reminders, or completed purchase history.
Any planner information that may be created inside the app is intended to stay locally on your device. The Service Provider does not access, store, or retain this local planner data unless a future feature clearly explains a different data flow and asks for any required consent.
If you voluntarily contact RADZISZEWSKA by email or through the website contact form, we may keep your message only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve support matters, or comply with applicable law.
Data Deletion
Because White Cart Planner does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no app account or server-side user profile for us to delete. You may remove local app information by deleting stored planner data inside the app if that option is available, clearing app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the app from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information to RADZISZEWSKA by email, contact form, or another direct communication channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting us at support@radziszewska.space. We will respond to deletion requests as required by applicable law.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you contacted the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provided information by other means, you may request deletion by contacting us.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification

Application limitation notice
